Why should you claim your new home rebate? 

If you don't do it you will be leaving thousands of dollars on the table. It's a misconception that the builder will give you more discounts if you don't use a realtor. In our ten years of experience working with the local builders, we have spoken with many builders representatives and they have told us that the commission is built into the price and they will not negotiate or give additional incentives if the buyer is unrepresented. The builders recognize how important realtors are in bringing clients and they don't want to jeopardize those relationships.

How does it work?

  • Next, start searching for your dream home. it's important when you visit the properties to let them know that you are represented by Best Deal Realty. If you have any questions you can always call us at 855-341-0887. Search available properties here and when you sign up we will send you additional promotions and new homes on the market.
  • Once you have the right property, the builder's lender will pre-qualify you and you will write a contract with the builder. You can consult with us at any point during this process.
  • If you chose to build the home you may be able to choose design options. You can use your cash back on those design option as closing cost, to reduce the price of the home or cash back at closing.
